Shipping Policy

Store Pickup - 884 Southdown Road, Mississauga, Ontario

Store pickup is available during Pro Shop Store Hours. Choose the time and day you'd like to pickup your order during checkout. An email will also be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will generally be ready within 2 hours if placed during store hours, otherwise upon opening the next business day. Store pickup is free.

SHIPPING BY POST

Canada

Orders placed by customers are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days, but they report delays are occurring.

Shipping rates are based on package dimensions, weight and speed of delivery. We do not ship cases of tennis balls.

Free shipping on eligible orders over $125 (after discounts, before taxes). Please note some remote locations may not be eligible for free shipping.

International

At this time we do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
