Restringing Service & Demo Racquets

ORC Pro Shop offers professional racquet restringing and regripping services.

Turn around time for restringing is usually within 1-2 days.

We also offer rush service. Pricing depends on the type of string selected. Every 4th restringing is free!* (excludes natural gut string).

DEMO RACQUET POLICY (Effective Jan 1, 2023)

Demo pickleball paddles, tennis & squash racquets are available for ORC Members to try before making the decision to purchase.

• Test 1 racquet for up to 5-day session
• $10 per racquet demo session
• Demo fees applied to racquet purchase up to a maximum of $30 credit within 60 days from first demo date
• Demo availability is on first-come, first- serve basis
• Racquets must be returned in the same condition they were loaned
• Must be an ORC member to demo a racquet.

$3 non-refundable late fee will be charged to member account per day late. Late fee does not go towards $30 credit for purchase of a racquet.

If the racquet(s) are not returned after 14 days, the full price for each racquet plus string will be charged to customer. This charge is non-refundable.  All demos must be strung by ORC Pro Shop only. Customers will not be charged for broken strings that occur during the demo period.
